2.Design Solution Advantages 

The COMLER silent generator set is designed to meet the environmental protection requirements of cities and various industries. Its appearance adopts a sleek and streamlined design similar to that of a car, making it beautiful and elegant. It is equipped with an intake noise reduction chamber, an exhaust noise reduction chamber, an exhaust noise reduction system, and a complete intake air flow curve design, ensuring smooth intake and exhaust, temperature control, and noise reduction. Special noise reduction and sound insulation materials are used, which greatly control the extension of mechanical noise and can reduce the noise to below 75 dB, as well as providing functions such as rainproof, dustproof, and insulation.

The large-capacity base oil tank can meet the continuous operation of the generator set for 8 to 24 hours.

The box body of the silent generator set is equipped with observation windows, control panels, an external emergency stop button, an external fuel filling port, and oil level display facilities all on one side of the equipment. The scientific and user-friendly design is convenient for operation, running, and maintenance.

The COMLER new frame-type environmentally friendly container silent generator room adopts an overall frame structure, modular design for production and assembly. It is equipped with an intake noise reduction room, an exhaust noise reduction room, and an exhaust noise reduction system. It features rainproof, dustproof, noise reduction, heat insulation, sound absorption, high-temperature resistance materials, and a perfect intake air flow curve design, ensuring smooth intake and exhaust, temperature control, and noise reduction. The designed power range is 1000KW - 2400KW, and it can be customized according to requirements. The container-type generator sets greatly facilitate transportation and provide favorable conditions for placement or handling during use.

l The excellent ventilation system and heat radiation prevention facilities ensure that the unit always operates in an appropriate environmental temperature.

l The special flame-retardant, noise-reducing, and insulation materials, combined with the porous galvanized steel plate, form a composite noise reduction box, which significantly reduces the mechanical noise of the power generation unit during operation.

l The adoption of mechanical design shock absorption facilities and high-energy shock absorption measures ensures the balanced operation of the unit.

l The silent power generation unit box is equipped with observation windows, control panels, emergency stop buttons, fuel injection ports, and oil level displays, etc. The scientific and user-friendly design facilitates operation, running, and maintenance.

l Locks, hinges, etc. are selected from standard container accessories, making the product more standardized.

l The steel of the box is all subjected to sandblasting rust removal, and the coating uses an epoxy resin system. The primer and intermediate coat are matched, and zinc powder cathodic protection is adopted to enhance the corrosion resistance; the topcoat uses modified epoxy resin or polyurethane system, balancing wear resistance and weather resistance.

l Reasonable air intake and exhaust design better meets the requirements for long-term continuous operation of the power generation unit; it can also be customized with electrically operated louvers for air intake and exhaust, which are linked with the power generation unit. The louvers will automatically open when the unit starts and close when it stops to prevent dust from entering, and the sealing is better when the unit is off.

l Optional installation of a black smoke static treatment system to meet higher environmental protection requirements in the region.

l To meet the requirements of environmental noise reduction, an optional heavy-duty muffler can be installed for secondary circulation noise reduction, resulting in better noise reduction effect.

2.  Pedestal Characteristic

COMLER standard base is with an oil tank at the bottom. The silent unit base is manufactured as a whole on an automated production line and is calibrated by a balance instrument. The entire unit is equipped with shock absorption devices, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The base is made of cast thick-section profiles, with higher strength and excellent overall performance.

5. Anti-corrosion Advantage: The frame undergoes strict shot blasting and sandblasting treatment, and the topcoat uses an epoxy resin system, with a matching primer and intermediate coat. Zinc powder cathodic protection enhances the anti-corrosion property; the topcoat uses modified epoxy resin or polyurethane systems, balancing wear resistance and weather resistance.

6. Fuel Tank Advantage: The base fuel tank is made of national standard high-strength plates, double-sided welding, with airtightness testing to prevent leakage, an 8-hour fuel reserve, and greater convenience for long-term use.

④ Automatic Shot Blasting Machine: Performs strict decontamination on the external parts of the components;

⑤ CNC Balancing Instrument: Conducts strict verification after the components are formed.
